"I love sour cherry pie made with Montmorency Tart Cherries, and fresh sour cherries are hard to find.  Last summer my daughter took me tothe Singer Cherry Farm in Appleton, NY.  I get their dried cherries and sour cherry juice concentrate and it adds the perfect "zing" to my bars!"- Barb
